Our Scrum Master Certification Training covers the Scrum Alliance Learning Objectives (Jan 2020), for participants that already have basic knowledge about Scrum prior to attending the course. Once you enroll, you will attend a workshop taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) facilitating the detailed exploration of the role of a Scrum Master.
What is a Scrum Master Certificate?
Scrum and agile became common terms in many workplaces these days. Scrum is a framework within which people can develop, deliver, and sustain complex products. The Scrum Teams consists of their associated roles, events, artifacts, and rules. Scrum also comes with a set of values and pillars that must be internalized and lived by the Scrum Team.
This Scrum Master Training will equip Scrum Master candidates with plenty of Scrum knowledge and insights into living the Scrum values going forward. The Scrum Master is a servant-leader to the team and organization. By teaching and coaching, the Scrum Master helps people inside and outside of the Scrum Team to learn and navigate successfully through complex environment. Observing and facilitating collaboration as a Scrum Master will encourage the Scrum Team to put its collective intelligence to work.
We apply concepts based on “Training from the Back of the Room” (TBR) to provide a concise and practical Scrum Master Training. The course is conceptualized to engage participants with plenty of interaction that bring topics alive: exploring metaphors, drawings, open question, and participants’ feedback.
Participants of our Scrum Master Training will work in small groups and learn through a series of workshops, exercises and discussion of their workshop experience. Mutual support in the group learning environment increases participants’ mastery.

SCRUM ALLIANCE CERTIFICATION
The Scrum Master Training is followed by an examination conducted by the Scrum Alliance with regard to current CSM Learning Objectives. After you receive your welcome email from Scrum Alliance, you have two opportunities within 90 days to pass the Scrum Master Test at no cost. You will receive a Scrum Master Certificate by passing the CSM test, accepting the license agreement, and completing your Scrum Alliance membership profile, which designates you as a Certified Scrum Master.
